Estimating
101
|
Here
are some handy tips to help you provide the information we need:
- Specify
size carefully, if it is 8 1/2 x 11, but folds to 8 1/2 x 5
1/2, specify both sizes, indicating which is the fold size
- Be
specific when requesting paper weight and grade
- Indicate
how you will be providing artwork (electronic file, hard copy
or mock up for us to typeset)

If you are not sure what your ink colors or varnish requirements
will be, call or email our customer service department so they
can assist you in determining them
- When
requesting pricing on mulitiple page runs, please specify both
the number of pages and the number of sheets (an example would
be one sheet, but printed two sides for two pages)
- Please
specify how many colors of ink are on each side of the sheet
- Please
indicate the position of special perf or scores, if necessary,
provide a diagram for complicated items
- Indicate
any numbering, position and type of numbering required
- And
always, when in doubt contact us and we'll walk you through!
